Sr Mgr 3PL Partner Performance

Senior Manager 3PL Partner Performance Management (Zug or other regional MT regional office) Purpose of Position Support the development and deployment of Partner Performance Management capabilities, with a primary focus on cost gap modeling, performance tracking, and analytics to improve partner performance and align with contractual commitments. Establish standardized methodologies, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities for regional adoption. Provide flexible support to Transition Standards activities to coordinate and standardize network change execution across regions. Responsibilities / Principal Duties (Essential Functions) Build and support cost gap modeling capabilities for Partner Performance Management (financial/analytical frameworks and capability development plan). Conduct cost gap modeling to identify gaps between contracted and actual performance and support actions to drive contract compliance and value realization. Define requirements to track and report operational and financial performance aligned with contractual commitments. Develop and maintain reporting/analytics for visibility into partner performance; support operational reporting cadences and governance forums. Coordinate additional analytics capabilities, including contributing to analyst capability development for transactional reporting and analytics. Train and support regional teams on cost gap modeling, tools, and methodologies for consistent adoption. Support implementation of performance management metrics and reporting in operational cadences (e.g., T2T, Operational Reviews). Support Transition Standards activities, including coordinating across regions and deploying standardized approaches for network transitions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred. Experience (7–10 years): supply chain, logistics, procurement, or partner/supplier performance management with exposure to transportation, warehousing, or 3PL environments. Experience with performance management and analytics (cost gap modeling, KPI tracking, operational/financial reporting) and analytical frameworks aligned to contractual/operational commitments. Strong communication/presentation skills; ability to influence in a global matrix environment and build consensus across regions/functions. Experience deploying capabilities across regions, including training and enablement. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights.
