Trillionheir Care Collective, LLC is now accepting applications for our Ready Care Team across East Texas!

We are a licensed Texas home and community support services agency preparing to serve seniors, veterans, children, individuals with disabilities, and families needing compassionate in-home support.

We are currently building our priority staffing pool for upcoming client assignments. This is a great opportunity for dependable healthcare workers who want flexible, case-based work as our agency grows throughout East Texas.

SERVICE AREAS WE ARE BUILDING FOR:

Tyler, Longview, Athens, Palestine, Lufkin, Jacksonville, Canton, Quitman, Mineola, Henderson, Kilgore, Nacogdoches, Leon County, Freestone County, Anderson County, Smith County, Gregg County, Angelina County, Henderson County, Wood County, Van Zandt County, and surrounding East Texas areas.

POSITIONS ARE:

• PRN

• Part-time

• Case-based

• Weekend shifts

• Overnight shifts

• Fill-in shifts

• Flexible scheduling based on client need

Please note: We are currently building our approved staffing pool. Work assignments are based on client need, location, credentials, availability, and service area. Placement in our staffing pool does not guarantee immediate hours, but approved applicants will be contacted first when matching client assignments become available.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO ARE:

• Compassionate and dependable

• Professional and respectful

• Patient with seniors, veterans, children, and individuals with disabilities

• Able to follow care plans and agency policies

• Reliable with transportation

• Comfortable working in clients’ homes

• Able to communicate clearly with families and office staff

• Serious about providing safe, high-quality care

REQUIREMENTS MAY INCLUDE:

• Valid photo ID

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background screening

• OIG/SAM/EMR exclusion checks, when applicable

• Current CPR/BLS, depending on position

• CNA, LVN, RN, or other license/certification, if required for the role

• TB screening or health clearance, if required

• Professional references

• Completion of onboarding, orientation, and required training
