Lead Consultant Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) - Unit Manager - € 130, 000 to € 150, 000

Our digital transformation team supports the development of modern sales and logistics processes across a complex enterprise landscape. We focus on building strong customer engagement models and efficient end-to-end business processes, supported by SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, and cloud-based solutions. As Lead Consultant & Unit Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's digital roadmap while taking ownership of one of the business' core consulting units. Alongside leading strategic SAP transformation programmes, you will manage three Team Leads (Unit Managers) and their respective teams, with an overall organisation of approximately 10 consultants, reporting directly to the C-Level leadership team. This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you will influence both technology strategy and organisational growth. Your Responsibilities Lead and take responsibility for complex SAP implementation and transformation programmes across the organisation. Manage and develop three Team Leads (Unit Managers) and their consulting teams, with overall responsibility for approximately 10 employees. Act as the primary leadership interface between the SAP organisation and the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the C-Level. Drive the strategic development, growth and performance of the Sales & Distribution consulting unit. Coach, mentor and develop consultants while supporting recruitment, resource planning and career development. Ensure high-quality project delivery across multiple customer engagements. Support digitalisation initiatives across Sales, Customer Service and Logistics. Drive the selection, design and implementation of SAP solutions across SAP SD, CS and LE. Lead customer workshops, solution design sessions and cross-functional integration activities. Own end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration across sales, logistics and service processes. Oversee major SAP implementations, rollouts and business-critical enhancements. Your Profile Several years of experience delivering SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) projects. Strong understanding of SAP logistics processes with the ability to define solution strategies aligned to business objectives. Previous leadership experience managing teams, Team Leads or consulting units is highly desirable. Experience balancing project delivery with people leadership and organisational development. Strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project methodologies. Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. Structured, solution-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills. Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
