Primero Staffing is seeking dependable Production Associates for one of our manufacturing partners in the Richmond area. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working individual looking to join a fast-paced production environment and build a manufacturing career.

Perform daily production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards
Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment safely
Meet daily production goals for output, speed, and quality
Inspect materials and finished products for defects
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
Accurately record production data and complete required paperwork
Report equipment issues or production concerns to the shift lead or supervisor
Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules
Support additional production tasks and cross-train across the line as needed

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for a full shift
Basic math and reading skills for tracking counts and following instructions
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
Flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
