Working closely with your supervisor and nurse manager, you will implement personalized care plans designed to meet each resident's unique needs and goals. What We're Looking For:

• Current, active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in rehab or long-term care, but passion and commitment matter most
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and physicians
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs
• Sensitivity to residents' emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs
• Strong professional judgment and ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
