## Key Responsibilities: Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits, and brand heritage, to provide informed recommendations to customers.**Product Knowledge****Inventory Management**: Perform inventory tasks such as stock checks, reordering items, and organizing stock rooms to ensure product availability.### Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills to meet and exceed customer expectations and build rapport.**Customer Service Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage with clients.**Communication Skills****Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle luxury items with care and precision, maintaining high quality standards.: Previous experience in retail, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment, is often required.**Sales Experience****Knowledge of Luxury Market**Michael Kors is a world-renowned, award-winning designer of luxury accessories and ready-to-wear.
