Position Overview

Join a physician-owned and operated dermatology group with a strong presence across the Southeast
Practice in a growing, underserved market with immediate patient demand and strong referral base
Opportunity to build a busy practice quickly with support across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology

Established, physician-led organization (founded 2014)
20+ providers across AL, FL, GA, and MS
Full-spectrum dermatology services:

Medical dermatology
Surgical dermatology
Cosmetic dermatology

In-house dermatopathology lab for fast turnaround and continuity of care
Access to fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons within the group
Advanced technology including IG-SRT and aesthetic platforms
EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Compensation & Incentives

Base salary: $350,000 $450,000
Production bonus: Collections-based model with strong upside
Sign-on bonus
