Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid, current license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process and therapy documentation

• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach to student needs
• Commitment to professional ethics and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech/language interventions and exercises, as directed by supervising SLP
• Assist in the development and execution of student-specific therapy plans
• Document student progress and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to maximize student outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school experience for all students
• Participate in relevant meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
