Hygienist I Registered Dental Hygienist
Pay Range: $65-$70/hour

Minimum Requirement: Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.

Production Benchmark: Average Daily Production of approximately $1000-$1500/day

Promotion Benchmark: Sustained Average Daily Production of $1500/day over the prior 6 months together with demonstrated clinical competency quality of care periodontal care documentation patient experience reappointment and adherence to Company standards.

• Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care within permitted scope and Company clinical standards.

• Perform prophylaxis periodontal maintenance scaling and root planing radiographs periodontal charting and other permitted hygiene procedures.

• Complete thorough periodontal assessments and identify findings requiring dentist evaluation or additional treatment.

• Educate patients on oral health periodontal disease home care and recommended preventive and periodontal treatment.

• Partner with the dentist to support comprehensive diagnosis treatment planning and continuity of care while maintaining appropriate clinical judgment.

• Review patient charts medical histories radiographs and outstanding treatment needs before and during appointments.

• Maintain accurate timely and complete periodontal charting clinical notes and other required documentation in Open Dental.

• Support strong reappointment and continuity of care by educating patients on appropriate hygiene intervals and ensuring recommended follow-up is communicated.

• Maintain efficient appointment flow room turnover sterilization and operatory readiness throughout the clinical day.

• Maintain all required licenses certifications HIPAA infection-control attendance and Company clinical standards.
