Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Contract opportunity supporting patients in Milwaukee, WI.
Note: Mon-Fri 8a-5p - no weekends - no on-call Greater Milwaukee area
Pay:
- $56/hr (Local candidate pay rate)
- Travel pay package available
- Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift - Mon-Fri 8's
- 40 hours per week
- Territory: Greater Milwaukee area
Contract Details:
- 13 week contract (possible extension)
- Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
Job Details:
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
- Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
- Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Current RN License
- Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
- OASIS experience required
- Hands-on HCHB experience required
- Current driver's license
- American Heart Association BLS
