Join our winning team today! We are currently seeking a RN Nurse Educator to provide compassionate care to our patients and support to staff! Position summary: The nursing educator is responsible for assisting the CNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/LVN/MHT staff required for training. Provides training to the clinical team and non-clinical teams as appropriate. Also provides, on an as-needed basis, patient nursing assessments. Participate in treatment team meetings as needed.

Requirements: registered nurse (RN) currently licensed to practice by Indiana state board of nursing three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing. Management/staff development experience preferred bachelor of science in nursing is strongly preferred
