As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Zebulon, NC. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Work Experience: Typically requires an Associate’s or equivalent degree and at least 3+ years of experience, or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
