Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic, detaildriven Training Coordinator to support a regulated manufacturing environment in Birmingham, AL. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees remain compliant, qualified, and fully trained under cGMP, GDP, and FDA requirements. Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain employee training files to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and update training modules, including on the job training(OJT), corrective action and preventative action (CAPA), and Complaints.

• Create and administer OJT programs, quizzes, and competency assessments.

• Assign required trainings and monitor employee completion status.

• Prepare and distribute monthly training metrics and compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (science, education, or related field).

• 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, quality, or compliance within an FDAregulated environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and FDA compliance standards.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and training/eQMS platforms; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule & Compensation

• $22-$25 DOE

• Fulltime position based in Birmingham, AL.

• Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for training sessions.
