What You’ll Do Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards. Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns. Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams. Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory. Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day. Requirements What You’ll Bring Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience Ability to pass a background check and drug screening A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills. Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers. Preferred Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain it; experience with mobile service or field-service applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
