Job CoachThe role of a Job Coach is to support and monitor students with special needs in their workplace. Job coaches guide student workers by answering questions and providing feedback so that the student can develop work skills and gain independence. Typical shifts are 3-4 hours. Common businesses include grocery stores, schools, hotels, retail stores, etc. The compensation for this position is $16.50/hour. This position is not eligible for benefits.
