Hello we are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. Duties Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Lavu Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations. Support sanitation and safety protocols throughout the restaurant environment to promote a safe dining experience for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Previous experience in food service (2-3 years) Open availability ServeSafe certificate or similar Strong customer service skills Excellent time management skills Basic math skills Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
