Production Tech

Job Description

The Production Technician is responsible for the safe and reliable operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment in an oil and gas field environment. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, flowback experience, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production personnel and other field teams.

Skills and Requirements

• 2-10 years of hands-on flowback experience in an oil and gas PRODUCTION environment. • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Valid driver's license and ability to travel • Lease Operator, Pumper, or similar production operations experience is highly desirable. • Experience with Midland Basin and/or Permian Basin production operations is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve field issues independently. • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. • Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team. • Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
