The firm has also been recognized among New York City's leading real estate law firms based on transaction volume and market presence.
Compensation: Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + Bonuses
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing in New York
- 4-6+ years of real estate litigation experience
- Strong experience handling motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Excellent legal writing and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases and client relationships with increasing autonomy
- Commercial litigation experience is a plus
The Opportunity:
The firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 4-6+ years of experience to join its Manhattan office.
This attorney will work on a sophisticated mix of real estate and commercial litigation matters, representing property owners, developers, investors, partnerships, and other stakeholders in disputes throughout New York.
Representative Matters:
- Complex real estate and commercial litigation
- Breach of contract disputes
- Construction-related claims
- Title and ownership disputes
- Partnership and joint venture disputes
- Commercial landlord-tenant matters
- Court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Trial and appellate-level litigation support and advocacy
