Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or an assigned patient group in an outpatient procedure unit setting
• Implement and evaluate care according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in all aspects of patient care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor
• Experience as a Perioperative RN, PACU RN, or Endoscopy RN

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
