Quick Facts: Location: 3700 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714 Start Date: 12/31/2025 Shift: 10-hour shifts, days/nights as needed Hours per week: 40 Employment Type: Locum/Per diem Licensure/Certifications: Indiana Medical License, Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: 2+ years of OB hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50 Pay package: Discussed upon application Benefits Include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certifications Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do: Provide bedside medical care to obstetric patients in the hospital setting Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care Manage labor and delivery cases, including high-risk pregnancies Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly Follow hospital policies and protocols for obstetric care Support the team during shift hours, including emergency situations What You Need: Indiana Medical License and Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN Minimum of 2 years of OB hospitalist experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: This position is with a leading hospital in Evansville, Indiana, focused on providing exceptional obstetric care.
