Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its expanding practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex personal injury matters with a focus on advocating for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
- Present arguments confidently in court
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and trial proceedings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation experience (post-bar clerkship experience will be considered)
- Strong interest in complex plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Passion for advocating on behalf of survivors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
- Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Active license to practice law in Washington State
