Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and changing customer needs. Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. The average Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.57 – $20.45 per hour plus $13,700 + in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The receipt of these bonus payouts is contingent upon agreement with the terms in the Agreement for Repayment of Sign‑On Bonus. The bonus is repayable if you voluntarily terminate employment within 12 months of start date. Eligibility also includes being in good standing at the time of payout.
