About the Role:

As an Evening Porter, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas and public spaces

• Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and equipment

• Restocking supplies and linens as needed

• Performing minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging drains

• Responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless care and service delivery

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
