Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Provide pre-operative and PACU care, preferably with experience in these areas. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and standards of practice. Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching as necessary. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN license in the relevant state or with a compact license. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
