About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of E-Commerce & Product to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the company's e-commerce, product innovation, and merchandising strategies. This role demands a visionary leader who can set a multi-year roadmap to grow revenue, expand market share, and reimagine the product portfolio. The executive will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, serving as a trusted strategic partner and bringing data-driven proposals on growth, licensing, channel expansion, and technology investment. Essential functions include strategic leadership, e-commerce and digital strategy, product strategy, and merchandising oversight, as well as cross-functional and board-level communication. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, product, or merchandising, with a minimum of 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role. A proven track record in owning a P&L and setting enterprise-wide strategy for a multi-channel or multi-brand consumer business is essential. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital commerce, product innovation, merchandising, and licensing strategy, particularly within the consumer products or retail sector. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills are required, as is the ability to unify marketing, creative, and product strategies into a cohesive company vision.
