No cuts, no color, just blowouts. We are a locally owned and operated franchise location with a strong, loyal client base and a fast-paced, fully booked shop. This is an in-person role , and we’re hiring stylists who are currently based in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area or planning an immediate relocation. We’re currently looking for both experienced stylists and new graduates who want to grow their career in a supportive, high-energy environment. Just out of beauty school? We’ve got you. We offer full paid training in the Drybar method , so you don’t need to come in knowing everything—just bring a great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities As a stylist at Drybar Montecito, you’ll do more than just great hair—you’ll help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish. This includes: Greeting and welcoming each guest with warmth and professionalism Providing outstanding customer service throughout their visit Delivering consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services Recommending and selling hair care products that suit each client’s needs Keeping the salon clean, organized, and stocked Managing your time effectively to keep the day running smoothly We work as a team, support each other, and make every effort to ensure clients walk out feeling confident and cared for.
