Party Host Job Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. A Party Host sets the tone for a memorable celebration by leading fun activities for the children while the parents sit back and enjoy the party. You will greet families, serve food and beverages, and guide children through scheduled activities, providing an exceptional experience to guests. Pete's Promise: Service Forward Ruthlessly Consistent Do the Right Thing Primary Job Functions: Responsible for set up and cleanup of party areas Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion Explain the rules and policies Accompany children during pre-arranged activities Serve food, beverages, and cake Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily. Experience: Party Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required Must be able to communicate clearly Must be able to work weekends Food Handler's Permit required Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: This position deals with outside personnel such as residents and clients on a regular basis with contact in various forms such as in person, phone and email. Extreme environmental conditions do not exist. It is sometimes necessary to deal with unpleasant or angry people with the need to problem solve difficult situations. It is necessary to adapt to a frequently changing environment. Sitting and standing is as needed.
