Practice Manager - Primary & Specialty Care, Westlake Village (La Venta)

Description Reporting to the Regional Director, the incumbent will oversee the administrative and clinical support functions for the assigned Community Clinic. overseeing patient experience access financial and budgetary oversight staff human resources oversight clinician on/off-boarding care coordination and communication space management supply-chain management environment of care clinical outcomes medication management quality and safety reporting revenue cycle management policy development and deployment for assigned practice following and adhering to personnel policy and procedure recruiting qualified personnel partnering with Lead physician, clinic leads/supervisors, Medical Director, and Director of Operations to assure an overall effective operation Core Competencies for this role includes strategic and critical thinking, operational execution and problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, data-driven and ethical decision-making. commitment to CI-CARE vales and high emotional intelligence and team leadership.
