Job Description
Retail Sales Associate Shift: 345a-1215p or 12p-1030p
Your Role:
- Boost sales: Introduce customers to promotions and special offerings.
- Problem solver: Resolve issues promptly and escalate when needed.
- Team player: Build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Store ambassador: Maintain visual appeal and cleanliness standards.
- Transaction pro: Handle customer transactions efficiently on our POS.
- Inventory guru: Manage receiving, returns, and transfers accurately.
- Process whiz: Complete paperwork and process controls promptly.
- Safety advocate: Follow policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Cash handling pro: Understand and comply with financial protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably one year of retail or customer service experience.
- Flexible to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated multitasker with adaptability.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math.
- Willingness to pass background checks and meet FAA requirements.
- Comfortable with computer work and physical tasks.
