Freelance Makeup Artist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated freelance Makeup Artist to join our team and deliver exceptional artistry, customer service, and sales performance across retail locations. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate cosmetics professional who enjoys creating beautiful, personalized looks, building meaningful customer relationships, and representing a leading beauty brand with confidence. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about cosmetics, goal-oriented, highly dependable, and excited to contribute to both individual and team success while providing an elevated beauty experience.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed set retail sales goals provided for each shift
• Expert application of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics for various occasions (ranging from everyday looks to special events).
• Maintain superior product knowledge and reinforce proper application techniques at refresher courses and seasonal workshops.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
• Support goals of the team by facilitating bookings and filling open appointments

Requirements:

• Previous cosmetics artistry experience required.
• Superior selling skills with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to work out of multiple locations during store peak hours.
• Must be available 20 hours per month
