Portfolio Management Specialist II

Serve as a learning bridge between Specialist I and Portfolio Manager Support the designated Portfolio Manager Serve as the empowered single point of contact for smaller or less demanding clients Participate in creating, designing, and implementing value-add business strategies affecting operating practices and company policy Produce and compile periodic internal and external client reporting and analyze observations Coordinate and manage recurring client meetings, track follow-ups, and implement operational improvements Suggest and drive strategy on the assigned portfolio of loans Assist the Portfolio Management Team with key portfolio processes and operational risk-management metrics Present ideas and findings to production staff and senior management Accurately convey information to others Perform related duties as assigned by management Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline, preferred 2+ years’ work experience in Mortgage Servicing or a client servicing function Experience in Project Management and Meeting Facilitation Experience with PowerPoint and Visio a plus Prior work experience performing business, data, and/or statistical analysis is a plus Basic understanding of the Mortgage Industry, Pool Characteristics, and Servicing Strategy Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment Strong attention to detail Moderate skills in Excel (graphs, pivot tables, formulas) Fast learner – able to assimilate new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours Regular and punctual attendance Ability to work on-site at assigned office location Ability to communicate effectively verbally in English Smart phone meeting Company security standards with ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Mortgage Servicing and client management, with strong capabilities in Project Management, Business Analysis, and effective communication.
