This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, driving sales growth, assist  in managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase used car sales volume and profitability.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain an optimal selection of used vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in used car sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
