Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Manage and oversee the functionality of all pet transport operations. Use your extensive knowledge of routing and mapping systems to plan efficient transport routes. Provide real-time support to drivers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving during transports. Be available to answer phone calls at any time, including during the night, to address urgent matters. Ensure the safety and well‑being of pets during their journey by maintaining clear communication with the team. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who’s ready to take on the challenge of this unique and rewarding role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field. Strong knowledge of routing and mapping systems. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations with professionalism. A flexible schedule and willingness to answer calls during off‑hours. What We Offer Competitive Pay : Starting at $18/hour during the first 30 days, plus commission-based pay and bonuses.
