We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, superintendents, and our internal team.

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, change management, billing, documentation, owner communication, and project closeout.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from contract award through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal team members.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear follow-up, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, commitments, and project documentation in Procore.
• Prepare, review, and submit owner pay applications.
• Review subcontractor invoices and pay applications for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Track project budgets, cost impacts, change events, and potential change orders.
• Work closely with field teams to coordinate manpower, inspections, deliveries, subcontractor performance, and schedule.
• Identify project risks early and communicate solutions before they become major issues.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and company leadership.
• Manage punch lists, warranties, closeout documents, O&M manuals, lien waivers, and final project reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Commercial construction experience required; custom residential experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Procore experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, billing, and change management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed.

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and ability to successfully manage projects.
