Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification with eligibility to work in schools
• Experience supporting students in grades K–12 (K–5, 6–8, and 9–12)
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
• Knowledge of a range of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
• Organizational skills to balance direct therapy, documentation, and consultative duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services individually or in groups for students with identified speech and language needs
• Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities to inform interventions
• Develop and help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt instructional strategies and share progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
