What You'll Do
Administrative & Coordination Focus (Primary)

• Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment flow
• Ensure all charts, labs, referrals, and documentation are complete before visits
• Process FMLA, disability paperwork, prior authorizations, and referrals
• Handle prescription refill requests, lab coordination, and record updates
• Communicate with patients via phone and electronic systems
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR (Epic preferred)

Clinical Support (Secondary)

• Room patients and obtain vitals (manual when needed)
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness/stocking
• Assist providers with exams and procedures
• Provide patient instructions under provider direction

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience (required)
• Strong worke exprience in back-office/admin functions (documentation, referrals, authorizations, etc.)
• EMR/EHR experience ( Epic preferred )
• National MA Certification (or actively obtaining within 30-60 days)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.32 - $29.72/hr.
