Elgen Staffing is seeking a Field Service Technician in Boston to lead installations, perform maintenance, and provide expert technical support to customers. You will read schematics, train customers, and document service activity, ensuring equipment performs at peak efficiency. You will travel domestically (and occasionally internationally), handle parts identification, and communicate findings to regional managers.
