We’re looking for someone who will complete or assist with tasks related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and other trades within a commercial building. Daily duties will include working with the property management team to perform preventive maintenance, respond to service tickets, and provide a safe environment for building tenants and visitors.

$30 per hour Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Paid time off 401K, after the initial work probation period Uniforms and Cell phone reimbursement are available at the time of hire Annual bonus based on performancePRIMARY BUILDING ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform building and systems inspections, making necessary modifications to building systems Complete Preventive and Corrective Maintenance requests professionally Work with vendors to complete contracted work orders to meet expectations Maintain records, reports, and evaluations, and provide recommendations regarding necessary building maintenance operations Identify and help to order parts, materials, equipment, and supplies that are needed Manage Building Management System (BMS) / Energy Management System (EMS) as directed by Lead/Chief Engineer Maintain a clean engineering shop, mechanical plant, mechanical rooms, and general appearance Follow all safety rules and regulations Perform related work as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:
1 - 3 years maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings. Possesses basic mechanical skills and abilities with HVAC equipment Basic experience and skills in operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, installing, and repairing equipment Basic technology skills necessary to manage work order applications on mobile phone and learn to operate Building Automation Systems High School diploma or equivalent, and must be able to communicate effectively in English Occasionally work overtime to perform necessary repairs or maintenance that are necessary to complete during off-hours Must meet the occupation requirements, such as lifting 50 lbs., walking distances, kneeling for 1 hour, and climbing ladders.
