Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
