Ritual Hot Yoga is a candlelit, infrared hot yoga sanctuary in SOMA. Fifty minutes of heat, music and two teachers, in a room lit only by candlelight. At Ritual, the experience is the product, and it begins at the front desk.

Ritual is looking for a Concierge who can hold the room and capture it. Half hospitality, half storytelling. Someone who greets every student by name, and who knows how to make steam, shadow and candlelight look the way the room feels.

At the desk

• Welcome every student, first-timer or regular, with warmth and ease
• Handle check-ins, bookings, retail and account support in Mariana Tek
• Keep the studio immaculate, stocked and ready between classes
• Support member conversion, retention, private bookings and retail goals

Behind the lens

• Capture photo and video around class, always with student consent
• Create Reels, Stories and posts for the studio’s social channels
• Film teachers, events and the small details that make Ritual feel like Ritual
• Build and keep a steady content calendar with the studio manager
• Engage with the community online through replies, follows and reshares

Who you are

• Warm, composed and quick to anticipate what someone needs
• A natural eye for light, composition and mood. Think fashion campaign, not gym flyer
• Comfortable shooting and editing on a phone (CapCut, Lightroom or similar)
• Organized, reliable and calm when the lobby fills
• Yoga experience is welcome, never required
