We are seeking an ABFM-certified Family Medicine physician with at least 2 years of Emergency Department experience. We have an ongoing Emergency Medicine locum opportunity in Texas offering guaranteed hours, flexible scheduling, and strong specialty support. Assignment Details Ongoing assignment beginning October 2026 Guaranteed 36 hours per week No call Flexible day, evening, night, and occasional 12-hour shifts Practice Setting Hospital Emergency Department Epic EMR APP support available Orthopedic, GI, Tele-Neurology, Tele-Nephrology, and Tele-Psychiatry backup Department Highlights Approximately 23,500 annual visits 64 patients per day 15 ED beds plus 2 Fast Track beds Collaborative physician and APP coverage Requirements MD or DO ABFM Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine residency Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience at facilities with 10,000+ annual visits Active Texas license preferred ACLS and ATLS required Credentialing Standard hospital onboarding Epic proficiency test-out available Required orientation and online training modules Standard immunization requirements apply
