You'll spend your shift moving freight that matters — loading and unloading containers and trailers, keeping the warehouse organized, and helping the whole cross-dock operation run on time. What You'll Be Doing Loading and unloading containers and trailers as part of the dock team Operating a forklift safely and efficiently across daily warehouse operations Organizing warehouse space to keep freight moving smoothly Stacking, wrapping, and handling a variety of materials, including boxes, pallets, and bins Handling frozen and refrigerated freight as part of regular duties Supporting general warehouse cleanliness and other labor duties as needed What We're Looking For A valid forklift certification, along with current WHMIS and TDG certifications High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of two years of experience in a cross-dock or fast-paced warehouse machine operator role Hands-on forklift experience in a cross-dock or warehouse setting Experience handling frozen and refrigerated freight Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a repeated basis A positive, courteous, and flexible attitude, with strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Compensation & Work Model $25 -$28 CND Per hour.
