Primary Purpose of the Role Analyze liability claims on behalf of clients to determine benefits due and ensure adjudication within service level expectations, industry best practices, and client requirements. Essential Responsibilities Analyze and process claims through action plans to timely resolution, investigating and gathering information to determine exposure. Negotiate settlements within designated authority. Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients. Report claims to excess carrier and respond to direction requests professionally and timely. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification relevant to line of business preferred. 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience handling auto and general liability; non‑litigation and litigation bodily injury. Knowledge of all US states; home state license preferred. Benefits Flexible work schedule.
