Position Title: General Manager

Job Description : As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment. Your primary goal will be to exceed budget targets, maintain cost-effectiveness, and ensure profitability according to company policies. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and follow financial procedures, such as handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
