Physical Therapist

Overview

A qualified Physical Therapist is sought to provide care within designated territories. The role requires the ability to travel between areas and may include weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in assigned regions.
• Complete required patient assessments and documentation, including OASIS evaluations.
• Maintain productivity standards, ensuring at least 27 points per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs.
• Travel outside the assigned service area may be required to secure a full caseload.
• Provide services to patients diagnosed with COVID-19 or those under investigation.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Annual tuberculosis (TB) screening.
• Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap (within the last 10 years), and annual Flu vaccination.
• Drug screening and physical examination are required.
