Experienced Restaurant Server With Bartending Experience Wanted

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Server with Bartending experience to join our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for guests. A natural people person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide a positive can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server
• Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu and weekly specials.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guest needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Must work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Furnish and Mast & Food Handlers card upon hire.
• Must be able to stay composed under pressure.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating customers with a positive presence
• Accurately taking & ringing guests orders
• Delivering food
• Responsible alcohol service
• Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Answering phone calls
• Placing to-go orders
• Prep or side work
• Preparing bill and processing payment accurately
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors
• Reconciling daily cash transactions
