Candidate will have demonstrated a proven track record of business opportunity development, maintaining top-to-top account relationships, and creating, presenting and selling-in value-added beverage marketing programs and initiatives. The Chain Manager must also provide timely, accurate and complete program information, monitor inventories with operations, verify pricing, drive compliance, provide superior customer service as a top priority.Job Description:Job Responsibility Specific Duties:Develop working relationships with major Chain customers layers for each Chain assignedBe point of customer contact and provide timely and superior customer serviceUnderstand customer needs and goals and sell business solutions accordinglyMaintain close working relationships with Brand Manager counterparts, communicating account goals and direction and guiding them to business opportunitiesPrioritize corporate and national supplier efforts within each Corporate Customer account to ensure Johnson Brothers is their National Account distributor of choice: 1) brand priorities; 2) attend joint planning sessions to understand corporate supplier objectives and goals for each chainMaintain account profile and customer data baseDevelop and maintain working relationships with key personnel from the branch to the buyersIntroduce and present new items to buyers for placementSubmit new item forms to all buyers in a timely mannerAssemble presentations for effective sales calls to key buyersAssist in attaining sales and distribution goals that pertain to the Johnson Brothers yearly business planReport all activities to managers in a timely manner for execution in the tradeEnsure all pricing is current in all chainsProvide updates and recaps of ad activities and summaries of meetings to the general managersReview and check all pricing and pricing forms submitted by Johnson Brothers to accounts for accuracyPresent and close programs to buyersFollow up in the trade to make sure programs are executedDevelop, maintain and provide buyers with sales numbers, pricing programs and opportunities·Handle state issues of assigned accounts sales, operations and complianceConduct semi-annual business reviewsAdministration duties including, but not limited to: 1) reviewing with management activity to determine progress in attaining objectives; 2) Eliminate inefficiencies and costly errors when implementing programsPosition Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldProven track record of creating and presenting successful marketing platforms and concepts that drive incremental business across the enterprisePrevious experience with presenting presentations to groups, senior management, etc is preferredDemonstrated ability to be able to become a consultative partner to ensure Corporate Customers that Johnson Brothers is their distributor of choiceSelf- starter and driven personality to be able to achieve corporate account objectives.Understand account level P&L's and ROIProven written and verbal communication skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft office and have the ability to learn new technical programs as assignedCandidate must pass criminal background and MVREqual Opportunity EmployerJohnson Brothers is committed to providing equal employment opportunity and equal treatment in employment without regard to race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender/gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, military status or any other basis in protected by applicable federal, state and local law.
