- Assist the operations team with projects, administrative assignments, and data entry as needed.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner to support overall departmental workflow.
- Gain exposure to and develop foundational knowledge of CNB Bank's operational functions and its various divisions.

The role requires proficiency with standard office technology such as computers, email, and internal communication tools, along with strong attention to detail when navigating multiple systems and maintaining accurate records. A willingness to adopt new technology, adapt to process changes, and follow established procedures is essential to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within a regulated banking environment.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to accurately apply basic mathematical concepts-such as addition, subtraction, percentages, and ratios-when reviewing data, completing transactions, and ensuring the precision of operational and client-related work.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
