LPN Duties and Responsibilities Perform ongoing nursing assessments and monitor residents’ health and well-being Supervise, mentor, and guide CNAs and other direct care staff in daily resident care Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following care plans Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with LTC regulations Delegate appropriate tasks to team members while ensuring quality of care Communicate changes in residents’ condition and treatment effectiveness to the nursing team Educate residents and families about health, wellness, and care plans Support household operations and maintain a safe, comfortable environment Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or leadership team LPN Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: $30.00-$34.00 per hour Competitive shift differentials: +$1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and +10% more/hour for all weekend shifts Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm), Night (11:00pm – 7:00am) Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week), Weekend availability required Sign-On Bonus: $3,000! for Full-Time LPNs LPN Qualifications and Skills Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license at time of hire CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) New graduates encouraged to apply Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Flexibility to meet the needs of residents and the household Availability for rotating weekends and holidays Strong computer skills and accurate documentation abilities Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to safely perform essential nursing functions (reasonable accommodations considered) Ready to elevate your nursing career with a facility that values leadership, compassion, and clinical excellence?
