Assembly Technician I

Paragon Energy Solutions Paragon is seeking an Assembly Technician I to join our Fort Worth, Texas team! This role will be responsible for performing repairs and assembly of a wide variety of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and mechanical components. Responsibilities Read and interpret drawings and schematics, work on written procedures. Construct and assemble panels from layout to completion. Perform mounting and wiring of electrical components. Inspection of sub-components and electronic sub-assemblies (e.g.: dimensions, weights, visual). Assist with assembly of other products as required. Use of multi-meter and insulation tester. Requirements Must have at least 1 year of related hands‑on technical background/testing experience. The ideal candidate will have at least wiring, routing, and electronic experience. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Electrical and or mechanical assembly experience. Assembly manufacture background strongly required. Basic computer skills.
